With so much uncertainty in the markets, we continue to hold our four positions. Those being Chesapeake

Energy (CHK), Dell, Tarragon (TARR), and Quicksilver (KWK). Our stocks have been making significant moves upwards and we will continue to hold all four positions as we see no significant changes or surprises in the economy. Obviously, we will monitor the federal reserve. However, whatever the federal reserve does or doesn’t do would be no surprise either way. We still feel inflation does challenge the federal reserve and this is where our priority is as well. Right now is a time where you want to put your money in stocks that will be able to handle economic uncertainties or a downturn. Of course when the markets are healthy and going up so will these type of

stocks.

You want to be involved in stocks the top traders in the world and hedge funds are playing. You have to be able to understand what value really is. Most people misunderstand the concept of finding deep value stocks. They think just because a stock is very cheap it has the value stamp on it. Nothing can be further from the truth. This is the biggest mistake made by traders trying to find value. That mistake is, "it must be great value because it's so cheap." What the trader fails to realize is, why did the stock become so cheap in the first place? If you just buy cheap stocks blindly, trust us you will lose your shirt. Several weeks ago we said to buy DELL as we picked it up at twenty-one and change. It is already flirting with twenty-four and will go up well above the thirties in time. However, you have to realize why DELL was so cheap and is still cheap in the first place. Did it go down to cheap prices deservingly? This is where you have to do your due diligence and talk to the industry leaders and insiders. DELL suffered a spiral move to the downside with a chief executive officer struggling and then accounting issues. In this day and age, accounting issues will start a sell off of a stock most definitely. Whether it is a short term sell off or long term depends on the depth of the accounting issue. Top that with a CEO getting  a bad reputation then you have a serious catalyst for lower prices. A struggling CEO plus accounting issues equal panic. This will be an infinite trend and rightly so with the insipid experiences presented by the Enron's and Worldcom's to so many people. But, this is where value investors excel. They know the difference between the market being wrong and right. When you find out the inside activities of Dell you instantly see a clear picture. CEO Rollins was simply an underachieving CEO. Nothing more. Nothing less. Then take a look at their accounting reports which are being probed by the SEC.

When you look at these reports you will find many errors, but not so deliberately. There are many instances we would consider honest errors. The errors haven't positioned any Dell insider to much greater advantages. Yet with many instances that the errors actually caused a financial cloud that actually inhibited Dell from going forward with their plans and had to restructure those plans. So you come to a conclusion if the accounting was intent versus non intent and were they on criminal grounds? It was very clear for us and many top traders that Dell was and still is extremely safe and making it a true value play. Of course it's much easier said than done. Like we said before, when you see many of your favorite stocks trading at very cheap prices; more often than not the street has it right. There is a reason why that stock is so cheap. You may not know why today or tomorrow, but unfortunately sooner or later you will find out why. But, when the street has it totally wrong with the likes of DELL, CHK, KWK, and TARR, then we will back up the truck ten out of ten times and we will make money ten out of ten times. All four have growth on their side, but also deep value. We take a lot of heat when we are wrong and we had email after email when not to long ago oil was dipping in the low fifties and we came out and wrote an article about the energy sector stating that oil one hundred is still a fact. We reiterate again oil is going to one hundred and natural gas prices will make a nice steady climb over the years. This is the nature of commodities. It doesn’t matter if the Dow falls and even a recession in the economy. It doesn’t matter if the markets go up, although it'll help the stock prices. But, in the end the stocks in the sectors will reflect the commodity not the economy and the oil and gas

commodities simply have to strong of a global support. You can twist and turn all you want, but it is impossible to buck global demand and global supply. Demand is and will continue to significantly outpace supply.

The bottom line is, finding value is difficult. There are many reasons why a stock is cheap and appears cheap. Most of the time that stock is cheap for a reason, and it's not because of good things. But, once and awhile there's great companies that are much to low because  Wall street interpreted the business wrong. Miscalculated the story behind the companies. When you find these gems, you can make a lot of money. There is no doubt the Snitch stocks are just that as we see them rising well above the low prices. We have said from day one CHK, KWK, DELL, and TARR were and still clearly undervalued. It's not easy finding four gems in which all four will make you good money. The Snitch has managed to just do that and will continue. So, follow the Snitch stocks year after year and you will see the Snitch makes Wall Street look like a no brainer. Shouldn’t it be? Sunday Update from the Desert: Men's Olympic Soccer Recap; Giant Football Season On Tap

Good Morning from the Desert. Well folks what can we say? We want to throw up over the Men's Olympic Soccer Final result. We are never ones to make excuses, but we all know the Snitch and our followers got a bad break in this match. As you all know, traditionally most of the time in a soccer match we don't like to post what will happen beyond the regulation 90 minutes of play. We’ve written many articles for the reasons why. Case in point: when Italy and England played recently in the Euro Finals, we took England in regular time (full 90 minutes). We didn't take England to Lift the Cup. England did not lose in 90 minutes. We did the same thing in Copa America. We didn't bet on Argentina to lift the cup. We took Argentina +.5 in regular time. Which brings us to the Olympics Saturday morning. Spain as a two to one, yes 2 to 1 underdog, did not have the spread line posted Friday night until the early hours prior to the game, and then only at a select few books here. The only line available was the ‘Draw No Bet’ on the spread, but not the traditional goal line here at the desert to get that +.5 on a dog over +200. Obviously, with the +.5 we would have posted it as a bigger wager. But, keep in mind, MANY Insiders INDEED wagered on Spain to Win the Medal and that was the play. We are simply alluding that this was truly a bad break for us as Spain covered in regular time on every spread that was available. So, the point of this message is to apologize to all of you for losing this one. But, we also want to remind you that like every time we wager on soccer including the Gold Medal match; you should walk away with great confidence in Snitch soccer, because trust us that 99 times out of 100 in ALL sports that we wager on there will be point spreads. Saturday Update from the Desert: Insiders Deliver Winning Friday on Day 2 of the Madness; Expect Things to Take Off Through End of Tourney!

We went out on record and stated it was a virtual certainty our sources were going to come through with a winning Friday. After they came up short on Thursday, due in large part to a collapse with the late games, the Silverbacks stormed out of the gates yesterday. After the first 10 plays we were sitting at 7-3 and up huge. But, like Thursday, the late games were not kind and it cut into our profits for the day. However, when all was said and done, we still collected a total of +1,510x units for the day. That sets us up nicely as we head into the second round. In fact, we want to point out that the deeper we go in the tournament, the better our sources perform. It’s simple, really. There have been so many requests to us over the years to play all the games during March Madness, which is how we came to a contract agreement with our Silverback group. They have a history of playing the entire board during the Big Dance and always coming out on top. But history also shows us that the deeper we go in the tournament, the better the Silverbacks do. It’s because there’s so much work they put in during the round of 64. There’s only so much time in the day to break down 32 games. But, once the first round is over, the field shrinks and as a result gives them more time to dissect the matchups. So when we get to the second round, the Sweet Sixteen, the Elite Eight, and so on, these guys are able to spend more of their time and resources on the matchups and in the end they not only win, but win big. Just look at what they’ve done so far. Our two biggest releases, 1,500x unit plays on St. Peter’s and Texas, both won easily. Hell, St. Peter’s won outright as a +19-point underdog as a 15-seed. Now imagine what’s going to happen when we see some Mamba plays! Yes, we haven’t seen a single one yet, but our reports indicate we will see some now that the field has shrunk. Friday Update from the Desert: A Pair of 4th Quarter Meltdowns Lead to a Pair of Setbacks for Snitch

Some games leave us shaking our heads. When that happens it’s typically a stand alone situation. What we mean is when there’s a situation of a team that falls flat on its face, or there’s a complete meltdown, it’s usually confined to that one instance on a particular night. Yet, last night, we were the victims of not one, but two meltdowns where the sides we were riding snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. The first was a 500x play on Minnesota (+2½) at home against the Grizzlies. The Timberwolves jumped out to an 18-point 1st quarter lead, and were up by as much as 26. Then they decided to put a lid on the basket and somehow managed to score just 12 points in the 4th quarter. That’s it. Twelve friggin’ points. That’s one point per minute for those math majors out there. An absolutely ridiculous performance in which we wound up taking it on the chin in a game that should have been an easy win. But the gambling gods weren’t finished with us. We rode the Nuggets (+2½) in the final game of the night against Golden State. The Warriors went into the break up 10, but Denver battled back in the 3rd quarter and took an 89-87 lead into the 4th. The Nuggets were up 111-109 with 3:20 left to play, and then didn’t score a single point until :23 remained. The 118-113 loss was our second consecutive kick to the groin, and left us at -1650x for the night. We were fully confident in coming home with a winning night, only to have the absolute worst possible outcomes happen not once, but twice. Again, we know when all is said and done we will be sitting pretty at the conclusion of these playoffs. Unfortunately there will be nights where we get the raw end of the deal, and last night was a perfect example of that. It’s not going to keep us down. We know when it turns in our favor, it’s going to turn in a big way. Keep the faith. Those two games were a total outlier last night. They won’t define our postseason performance when The Finals are in the books. We’ll be back stronger than ever, starting tonight. Long live the Snitch. #VegasStrong
